Looking for experienced HVAC technician willing to work in a fast-paced farm environment. Must be willing to work overtime, some weekends, and rotate the "on-call" schedule. Must be able to trouble-shoot, diagnose, take direction, and have a clean driving record. Position requires standing or walking, lifting, and bending. Salary is dependent on experience. Overtime is paid after 40 hours worked in the week.

Essential Duties include but are not limited to:
· Installing, maintaining, and repairing cooling systems and equipment.
· Identifying maintenance risks on equipment and correcting as needed.
· Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
· Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
· Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
· Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
· Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
· Assisting with customers' queries and needs.
· Adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.
· Licensed HVAC certification.
· Willingness to continue education in HVAC field as well as in other areas of mechanical
· Clean/Valid driver’s license.
· Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
· Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
· Ability and willingness to work after hours as well as scheduled “on call” hours.
· Ability to work in confined spaces.

Experience:
3+ years of applicable experience in Electrical, HVAC, and/or PLC software and hardware troubleshooting and/or programming. Experience in the dairy industry preferred.
